Follow these steps

Back up the USB drive because the creation process deletes all files.

Download Microsoft Media Creation Tool or a verified Windows ISO from Microsoft.

Use the Media Creation Tool, or use Rufus with the ISO file.

Choose the correct USB drive and select UEFI/GPT for most newer PCs.

Wait until the process says Ready, then safely eject the USB drive.

Test it by opening the PC boot menu—do not start installation until your files are backed up.
